Meet the EECP Team!

Kaitlyn Donovan

Director of Business Operation & Program Support

Kaitlyn grew up in Dedham, Massachusetts. She received her B.S. in Business Administration concentrating in International Business and Masters in Higher Education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Before coming to Northeastern University in 2019, she worked in Hospitality & Event Services at UMass Lowell and was a Residence Director for Semester at Sea. Kaitlyn previously served as the Assistant Director for Intern Housing before moving into her role as Director.

Eden Filter

Assistant Director, Conference Programs

Eden grew up in Wiscasset, Maine. She received her B.S. in Business Management from Lesley University. Prior to joining Northeastern University in 2018, Eden had worked in the Special Events Office at Tufts University and the Summer Programs Office at Bowdoin College.

Samantha Germano

Assistant Director, External Events

Samantha grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Boston in 2019. She holds a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Boston University. Samantha is currently pursuing a MMH in Event Management from Boston University. Prior to joining Northeastern University, she worked at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and Boston University’s Events and Conferences.

Sherley Jean-Giles

Assistant Director, Intern Housing

Sherley grew up in Brockton, Massachusetts. She received her B.A in English from Bridgewater State University. After her B.A she continued at Bridgewater State to study Student Affairs Counseling. Prior to joining Northeastern University in 2023, she worked as a college counselor at a charter school.
